Payment Policy & Pricing

WomanSafeHealth is a fee-for-service medical practice. Payment is due in full at the time of service. We accept credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, cash, checks and money orders. Although we do not accept insurance, at the time of your visit we will provide you with a coded receipt that you can submit to an insurance company.

A well-woman "annual" visit typically costs $180 without a Pap smear and $200 with a Pap smear and lasts 60 minutes, at least 50 minutes of which is spent with Dr. Shadigian. Lab work is billed separately.

As of May 1, 2010, our appointment fees will be changing. An annual appointment will cost $210 for 60 minutes and $240 with a Pap smear.

Additional concerns beyond the scope of an annual evaluation can sometimes be addressed that day, while others require a separate visit. Please call to discuss your individual needs including extra time for exams, other types of visits, procedures and the pricing for each need.

Although we do not bill or accept any type of health insurance, we are a Blue Cross/ Blue Shield “Out of Network" Provider, which may allow higher reimbursement.

Visits with Sierra Hillebrand, MA, TLLP may also be reimbursed by insurance.

There is a $90 fee for missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.
